Andrew’s passion for music ignited at the tender age of three when he first picked up the Steel Drum. His formative years were filled with the melodious echoes of steel bands and the thrill of competitive performances. It quickly became evident that he possessed an innate talent for music, prompting him to embark on a journey of musical exploration.

Andrew’s musical repertoire expanded as he delved into the intricacies of the Drum Kit, Saxophone, Piano, and Voice. This relentless pursuit of musical mastery culminated in 2008 when he earned a coveted spot at the prestigious BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology. Over the course of four years, he honed his craft, gracing the stage of numerous high-profile shows and events.

Remarkably, at a mere 15 years old, Andrew started imparting his knowledge by teaching Steel Pan at a local community initiative. Subsequently, he ventured into private instruction, offering guidance in Piano and Music Theory.

Despite a successful stint in senior management within the hospitality sector during his twenties, Andrew’s heart incessantly yearned for a life of musical performance and education. This unwavering dream materialised with the inception of his School of Music. Initially, it offered private instruction in Voice, Drum Kit, and Music Theory, but it has since grown with the addition of new teachers to the team.

Beyond his role as an educator, Andrew remains an active musician, gracing both private gatherings and public events with his melodic talents, captivating audiences large and small.

Furthermore, Andrew serves as the Assistant Director at Panash Steel Orchestra, a prominent Steel Band nestled in Norbury, South London. His dedication to music is not confined to the classroom or stage but extends to the nurturing and development of musical talent in the community.
